This wooded property suffered from drainage problems and soil erosion.  New stormwater management and planting scheme resolved those challenges, while new stone accents and retaining walls revitalized the front yard.  A new stepping stone path with adjacent swale and rain garden redirected the water for maximum infiltration, reducing the quantity and improving the quality of runoff.  A stacked stone seatwall was placed on center with the front door as part of a new entrance feature, and two more retaining walls were built from decorative concrete modular block.
