Hi, I’m Joan.
…and I’m a registered designer with 25 years in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
Before an architect or engineer joins the team, I work one-on-one with the owner to take the first step. We dig into their wish list and how it fits onto the whole property. This science-based approach guarantees the highest and best use of their real estate & construction investment.
