SANDALS ROYAL BAHAMIAN BALMORAL TOWER | Nassau, Bahamas

JP Design Studio provided landscape architecture as part of the $17.5M renovation of the Balmoral Tower, including several firepit seating areas, formal gardens, and fire truck access.  The ground floor rooms were initially 48” above the ground, with tall safety railings obstructing their view of the ocean.  After following our recommendation, the ground was raised up, the railing removed, and the guests can now enjoy open ocean views.
