PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN LYFORD CAY 2 | Nassau, Bahamas

We helped this oceanfront property resolve challenges with salt spray and sand accumulation due to its proximity to the sea.  A curving wood sun deck on the seawall was part of the solution, as was a stone path with Crab Orchard flagstone and river pebbles.  These surfaces added color and texture in the harsh conditions where plants could not thrive.  LED lights on the round edge of the deck provide accent lighting during those sundowners.  Constructed by John Dunn and installed by Tropics Landscaping.
