GALLERY PLAZA MIXED-USE | San Juan, Puerto Rico

Joan Piccalo worked on this urban condo/office project constructed in 2006.  Gallery Plaza includes two 23-story towers with 785,000 s.f. of usable retail, office, residential and day spa space.  The ground floor holds the parking deck entrance, a public plaza with an interactive fountain, and the retail plaza.  The 5th floor amenity deck contains a private pool, an event lawn and a viewing terrace.  Located in the heart of San Juan, the condos sold out in the first weekend of release.  EDSA was the prime.
